See, California isn't all bad: To keep our "Eco" plates it's an additional $43 a year. One-time original application-issue is reasonable, as well, a bit higher for specialized backgrounds (Whales, Parks...).

The only thing I like about Maryland and it's (DMV or MVA) is that an organizational tag have a 1 time fee of $9.00

That's the thing about America, we have the most freedoms out of all first world countries, especially when it comes to home/property and vehicle ownership. Less regulations, taxes & fees when it comes to things that bring you freedom
