S550 Adjustable Strut Mount Plates (camber plates)

Good Day all , I have a 2021 Mach1 non HP car , I've been outfitting her with HP parts .
My recent purchases (got a very good deal on both ) were Mach1 HP Springs .

So my Question is, will S550 GT350 camber plates (KR3J-3D122-AA) work on a non GT350 car specifically a Mach1 ? If not... I'm not out but a few bucks and can list them on eBay or Market place . And purchase the M-18183-MDH , they cover most all S550 including the GT350 , so reverse thinking I figured since the KR3J-3D122-AA were prior to 2021 , Ford came out with the M-18183-MDH to cover the S550s and S650 Dark Horse . I was hoping to save some serious money as the best price I can get is 398 with 10% off so 360.00 Thank you for your help

I have no idea why Ford updated part numbers but camber plates are pretty basic and there shouldn't be any issues regarding fitment. I don't know if the GT350 Plates included fasteners to "pin" them or if the adjustment range (slot length) is unique, but the OEM Mach 1 HP plates mounted on the car from Flat Rock Assembly were "pinned" with flush fasteners to prevent adjustment. (What a hassle to remove those ridiculous locking fasteners.) Enjoy your HP conversion, I drive my HP daily and the spring rates are plenty soft for street use. and not too low where you're bashing the front splitter on every driveway entrance.

The should be fine. The HP or same ones used on the R or CFTP will pretty much all do the same thing. But with that price, I normally recommend STEEDA's plates. Been using them over the years with no issues at all. Gives you all the adjustment too. Just another thing to think about. It's these here

Thank you John and Steve, for the knowledgeable replies , So I can't do the work anymore age and don't have my shop anymore ,and half to sub out eather to my local Ford Dealership or find a shop I can trust (I'm new to Arizona and all my buddies with shops are in Washington) wish me luck.

So part number KR3J-3D122-AA GT350 CPs will do the same job as the Ford Performance HP plates mentioned above or the Steeda plates mentioned in your post Steve. This will save hundreds and I can use the savings on sway bar links as I believe they are different on the HP Mach. Thank you again Gentlemen.

The sway bar end links on my son's GT (PP1) were the same as my HP end links. . The OEM end links have good sealed rod ends with properly sized mounting hardware and I wouldn't waste money replacing the rear stubby end links. However, the front links are possibly too slender for their length and can bend with high rate sway bars at full compressive loading. I've had mixed results with Steeda's quality, especially their inferior powder coated spring products, but, their end link rod ends are sealed and greaseable and they're are holding up fine on my front OEM HP sway bar.

As for shops, I used Goodspeed Performance, and recently I had some work done by @zero_chance at SouthValleyMustang.com down in Maricopa and was very pleased with his work at a great price. Other performance shops around the Phoenix metropolitan area that work on Mustangs include Dyno-Comp, Forza Automotive, Apex Customs, and Voodoo Performance.

I have the Performance pack on my car. Awaiting the FP Track Pack. I happened to have the good luck of someone wanting to give away a full set of Steeda adjustable end links. When I installed them I found that the left front end link was slightly bent. The car had not been tracked or wrecked. My suspicion is that the stock end links are just weak and can be bent under normal driving conditions.
Additionally, I did not notice any difference in the way that the car performed on the street.

Thank You Gentlemen , for the information , I'll concentrate my efforts on the front links , My intentions are to keep her stock with Ford or Ford Racing (was FP ) parts and very few changes . I wonder if the GT500 links are stronger? , if so can be used ? . Anyone know ?
If not I will look into Steeda .

If you don't plan to track the car, I wouldn't bother installing adjustable camber plates at all, especially if you're paying someone else to do it. But I also appreciate the fun of putting new toys on your car so I get it...

Thank you ... much appreciated Tim , I just received the Ford GT350 KR3J-3D122-AA , brand new in the box , a deal I couldn't pass up for $ 100 , Ive been told they will work fine , they may not have the negative camber maximum adjustment of the Steeda plates . I just want to finish off the HP package of the Mach1 HP (mine is a Base ) . I've heard the stock front sway bar links are thin and prone to bending ,and the Steeda front sway bar links have great reviews.

Yeah, the most important part is just getting everything dialed in after install from an alignment perspective to eliminate the potential eating up of the front tires ... you are well on your way & most everything Steeda makes is an advantage over stock

Thank you Tim , I appreciate you sharing your knowledge . I'm in agreement with you, on Steeda parts being an advantage over Stock , most high quality aftermarket parts in most cases are. For my project , Im staying stock , to enjoy for years and also think about the future . Stock low mileage specialty Model's , Mach1 /GT350 / 500 hold or increase in value over time, and are more desirable MO down the road , and that's my goal . Im still undecided right now (but have the parts) on installation of the springs , C plates , rear sway bar . The cosmetics I have installed. So far as they say "no harm no foul . Again Thanks to all who have contributed to this Thread and any more thoughts would be appreciated.
