I removed all of the body sealer on mine. I get creaking noises when I jack mine up via the Steeda rails. No pops, but defiantly a good bit of creaking. I don't know if its the springs unloading or the rails, but I did not hear any noise when I would jack up the car via the jacking points pre Steeda rail install.

I never get creaking noises when I lift up my car from lift points, and wheel goes all the way in the air, so spring is completely unloaded. It is the jacking rails moving on the body, or just jacking rails compressing slightly ?

If you did not cut away the body filler at the mount points, that goo will move when loaded. It could be the slight movement causing your noise. If everything is tight, and you are jacking correctly, you have no worry.
Always start jacking slow then speed up towards the end.

I lifted the car just fine today. It could be that I did not scraped all the material when I installed the rails. The noise was not as bad when I lifted the driver side.

Mine is up in the air often. The "frame rails" aren't recommended to jack from nor is the tail of the K-member. The jacking rails are light (unless you prefer heavier units which are available too) and as low as you can be in terms of center of gravity.
My old Datsun 240z barely had frame rails at all, but they could support the weight without any deformation. I only swap out wheels once a year and change my oil when the car tells me to. So jack stands on the pinch weld while jacking from the rails works well for me.

I do notice the jack rails when mounted has a gap in the middle between the body and they flex a little.
If you have any small debri in that gap it gets crushed.
I don't normally jack in the middle of the jack rail but more like towards the rear end near the middle of the car where there is less flex.

I like to disassemble things.

You could probably put a piece of 2" x 4" under the GT350 composite oil pan and jack from there. I'd still never do it. Just following what the factory recommends here.
