Although commonly used together, diseases and viruses are two different things. We may not have a cure for diseases like cancer but a number of serious viruses have been virtually eradicated due to vaccines. Keep in mind there are no cures for viruses. Covid-19 will always exist. But people vaccinated against it will nota be able to contract it.

And what the hell does any of this have to do with my post? Brandon made a statement that was not true. I was just showing that although very serious, Covid-19 is not the worst virus in history.

Personally I do not give a darn what you do. But young people have contracted the disease, given it to parents and grandparents and some of these people have died. Ask the folks that were responsible how they feel about your selfishness.

We do not know that yet. My wife had it. Hates vaccines, but took this one. She is not willing to die to take the chance she is immune.

The risks of SARS-CoV-2 infection in fully vaccinated people cannot be completely eliminated as long as there is continued community transmission of the virus. Vaccinated people could potentially still get COVID-19 and spread it to others.
