From my past experience if you're having issue with the local dealer take to social media. Mainly Goggle, yahoo, and other car buying/info sites(edmonds/cars.com etc) and leave a negative review for the dealer not ford. If you think the issue warrants it, file a formal complaint with BBB. Dealerships take their reputation very seriously and don"t want a negative review to tarnish their reputation. Just make sure you have evidence to back up your claim (pictures/copies of paper work etc).My service manager says they can't do the TSB work because their prior diagnosis was that it was within spec.
I am about to file a class action suit over this unnecessary crap. Ford needs to cut the BS "Some... may..." and tell the dealers to fix the damn things as a recall.
