Motor Trend, awhile back, reported the intercooler was "unique", i.e. different from both the base Mustang Eco and the RS. And Autoblog (again months ago) cited "a few changes in ... intercooler design." Hopefully this means we're looking at something better - admittedly that's a low bar given...
Jalopnik sez this is the HPP's "launch week" so we should see the reviews hitting shortly:

The configurator also shows the Eco HPP with Brembos and PP2 splitter - which it does not have - so I would not take the lack of the gloss black grills (and lack of faux gas cap) as gospel just yet ... they'll be cleaning that thing up for weeks and months before it's 99% accurate if history is...
I disconnected mine when I rebuilt my 9 speaker Shaker system (replaced the other 8 speakers, added a sub in the trunk; have the factory head unit running into a JL Fix and Twk to a JBL 5-channel amp). Don't miss it a bit - it was too loud and bounced noise off the windshield in an unpleasant way.
I’m guessing $4k for the hi-po and another $2k for the handling package so $6k for the whole deal. This way a base eco plus both is still several grand under a base gt, maybe that’s a sweet spot ...
Blank rear deck lid for sure.
Black or silver calipers (for the DHG car at least, I dig the red on the SB car).
Maybe make the digital gauges part of the electronics pack for those who like analog.
And there’s nothing wrong with offering an a10 option for this in 2018 imho.
Installed these yesterday via removing the belly pan. Bit of a PITA on the passenger side due to the wiper fluid tank, but the drivers side was a breeze. One issue was the blade connectors for the DRL bit passenger side would not snap in for a long time ... but at least I know now it won’t b...
Finally got around to a few cosmetic mods that have been sitting in the garage for awhile:
- DD LED rear sidemarkers
- DD LED turn signal housings
- new door panels: missed out on the premier trim back in the day so got a set of eBay take off showstopper red premier trim door panels and...
Oddly, they didn’t make nav standard, as it is in every other premium plus car with the digital cluster etc. Ford bundled that into the electronics package for the Bullitt, so a big chunk of that $2100 is the nav (iirc nav was an $800 stand alone option a couple years ago).
I actually think...
So $51,300 with electronics pack and magneride ... really tempting, especially if one can avoid ADM and maybe even get a few grand off via x plan and/or patience. ;-)
No engine cover at all ... Thought there might be a clipped/cropped one like seen with the roush air boxes.
Agree on the emblem, a blank deck lid would be mod #1.
The general consensus on the f150 forums seems to be that B&O is a slight to mderate upgrade on the departed premium Sony system.
The 12 speaker Sony system in my wife’s Fusion certainly sounded better than my 9 speaker shaker system FWIW.
I wonder if we will see 9- and 12-speaker b&o systems...
