Use the specified Motorcraft coolant, Nick. IIRC it is the orange stuff.

I got a gallon of VC-3DIL-B (predilluted orange coolant) and I am topping off based on needs on both Fords I have.

Last year my engine coolant slowly dropped over many months. Turned out to be an extremely slow weep of coolant from the radiator that would not show under the car. Only noticed it as I dropped the belly pan in preparation for the oil line recall.

Radiator was replaced under warranty.
