Thanks NGOT8R, was wondering about that. Always great to hear input from others who may have experienced the same. That's what this site is all about, helping others and sharing knowledge! Will attempt the pics again later.

As mentioned, about a half inch below minimum line, wondering if distilled water is suffice and safe to top off? I'd think so, but I learn something everyday. Thanks!

Just buy a premixed jug of yellow Motorcraft coolant and top it off, unless concentrated fluid was used to begin with, in which case it should be fine to use distilled water.

Thanks for replies.

Next time, will not be going to dealer for underfill of coolant flush. Hell, atleast they could have topped it off, not leave it to me to do that. No way to even know if they actually flushed the coolant well, since it is still organgish and cruddy looking. Dumbass me trusted them to do it right, but I got crud of unknown origin or quantity. Lesson learned, do my own drain of coolant, follow directions, and I have the NEW bright yellow coolant that I added myself. Not orange stuff that Ford no longer makes.

I have a complaint in with dealship, but not too worried about it for $180 for flush. I should have expected no less I guess from the youngsters working there.

Reason why most of us stay away from dealerships.

I do my own oil changes and have installed BMR parts whilst under there. Will just do future flushes myself from here and take more time to learn about car and how to remove splitter and belly pan, then learn to reinstall and use rubber mallet to reinstall splitter.

Damn shame.
