Based on our mutual embracement of the policies and procedures, I vehemently protest any inclusion of 1971-73 convertibles on our enlightened platform of vert discussions!

Now that my lodged complaint is out of the way...I love the grabber color, love the stance, great vert from that era!

Vert owners need to own the product...across generations, across eras, and even across colors.

Platform...off!

Hahahaha. It’s 71 body on 2021 mechanicals. Now is it allowed? Kidding of course…I sold my 2015 in the used car craziness and went old school, need a retirement project, my 2015 just sat there. This thing I can dig into!
AND I wear my 6g tshirts when driving it!

I took a road trip to PA last weekend and picked up some new wheels from @Mikepol2

Thanks Mike! Now I just need to get the lip and find the motivation to get the suspension installed. 😅

Nice set up. Any rubbing issues? Did you keep the PP2 tire size? Is your car a PP1 or standard GT?

I'm looking to do the same to my 2019 PP1 convertible. I'd prefer the Ford wheels over the shelby or AM versions. Any input you could provide would be much appreciated.

Thanks! No rubbing issues that I have experienced but I am still on stock suspension and my car is a PP1.

The tires that came on the wheels I purchased are 305/35/19 in the rear and 285/35/19 in the front instead of the factory 305/30/19. Once these tires wear out I'm going to go with 305/35/19s all around for a little more sidewall and since I'm not planning on lowering it significantly.
