Yea, I was going to do some donuts tonight in the post office parking lot but forgot after I dropped off my packages. Really wanted to test the tires in a controlled area. Roads are too clean at this point though.

Luckily I don't have to drive, if I don't want.

got my wheels installed. got my FRPP street lowering springs installed, got my FRPP touring exhaust installed.

wheels are SVE Series II 19x9/19x10 on stock GTPP 255/275's. I know it's not everybody's cup of tea anymore now that staggered concave is the rage, but these things are 8lbs lighter up front each, and 9lbs lighter out back each, so it's a major unsprung weight savings, and I loathed the stock GTPP wheels.

How much louder is the exhaust?

it's quieter for sure than the old Borla-S-Type on the last gen, and louder than the GT500 axlebacks on the last gen.

It to me seems like the perfect loudness for a convertible. If it were a fastback I might tolerate a little more noise, but I'm actually happy with it. Being that I have a factory x-pipe I'm tempted to experiment with an H-pipe or even no crossover at all for a different tone.

Most people might frown on having no crossover, but it certainly does give it a very old school sound.
