I have had a problem since new of windows not rolling up completely. I have a 2019 and just told by dealership that there is a TSB for them. They need 4-5 hours for realignment.

How out of alignment were they? I spray mine with some silicone every few months and they glide up and down like butter.

For some reason I can not insert photo, but I'm 1 inch short of complete roll up right hand side. Dealer says they have seen over 100 cars. He also said he had a rental car company that brought in over 10 cars for realignment..

It’s interesting how hit and miss this seems to be. You wonder if it’s one po’d guy at the factory doing a crappy job.

WD40 with silicone will help them seat into the roof. One spray per year is good enough.

Some have gotten relief with lubricant others have had to be realigned. If you want to attempt the realignment yourself there are a couple of YouTube videos as well as previous threads on this forum.
Personally I lubed mine with dielectric grease. I used a fingertip and greased the window track in the top. 16 months later and not a single problem or recurrence.
I dislike silicone and WD40 for this because they both attract dirt and dust and have to be reapplied.

Yeah, 2015 with rear windows not closing properly periodically, when I brought it to the dealerships attention back in the beginning, they siliconed the seals. Back then, I specifically asked if they were out of alignment and they said no; could have been BS though. I've lubing them 2x/year ever since and it seems to work fine. Just need to be careful if it happens and you don't notice and it rains heavily.

Mine were adjusted from a TSB (Time Service Bulletin). They now work perfectly. Adjustment took a little over 3 hours.

My passenger rear window is doing the same problem: closing within 1/2" of being closed.
