I have a 2016 base GT recently I put on a staggered rim and tire setup 255 front 305 rear. After installing these wheels I've noticed a random shudder feeling in the clutch engagement starting off from a stop. Didn't experience this at all from the stock wheels and tires. Its not all the time maybe 10% of the time. No other issues. Anyone have similar experiences?

Stock clutch in these cars are trash... though you may be rubbing or something weird.

My clutch chatters from time to time. No particular set of influencing factors. 8k on the odometer... Waiting for it to take a dump so I can replace it

My 2015 focus manual also does, but more frequently with 13k on the clock.

<<< Trying to imagine how different tires/wheels could even possibly affect clutch engagement.

Yeah, I got nothing.

Mine does the same from time to time always first from a stop. I recently put on my wheels and tires 275/305 and felt it today. I think it shows more with the larger footprint needing more torque or the tires absorbing more torque to get rolling. Just an opinion. Like the others, just waiting for it to go. I think I'm close with all these vibes.
