2015 premium, I replaced the blend door actuator about a month ago because I was getting hot air out of the driver side and cold air out of the passenger side, once I replaced the actuator everything worked fine. I turned the ac on yesterday and now I am having the same issue, hot air out of the driver side and cold air from the passenger side. Is there something I have to do to reset the heating and air conditioner system? Is there something I missed when I installed the actuator? TIA

What actuator did you use? Ford or aftermarket? As crappy as stock actuators are aftermarket ones are often worse.
I hate to say it but I think your new one has failed. Though I suppose you could get lucky and the connector wasn't seated and backed out.
A couple of months ago I had to replace the passenger side one in my wife's '14 Fusion and there is no resetting of the system needed.

I used a Dorman, which I know they are the best but it was available at the time.

Thank you for your response and letting me know that there is no reset that is needed.
