Hey guys I haven't looked at the o2's cause I'm still stock on that aspect, can someone tell me the number of wires on the o2 and what the colors are?

I need to get my o2 sensors turned back on. I never knew the Lund tune turned them off. I have always ran cars with tunes and still passed emissions

here it is, you can have your cake and eat it !!!!

for off road use only of course !!!

catless and pass all monitors ! just like the BMW e90 N55 people.

this took us nearly two years to develop, it is not a simple fix, but it works and it works very well.

my friends car, not a mustang, has de-foulers on it. The CEL he gets now is not catalyst inefficiency. Instead it says secondary O2 sensor stuck rich. The best bet it to tune them off. His car requires sending the ECU off to flash it. I am definitely going to recommend an O2 simulator to him if he holds off on a proper tune much longer. Thank you Area74.

well...it works like nothing ever before!!!!!! it is truly a smart sim....

I've got spacers also. Still have the CEL
What style do you have? I had the 90* ones and they worked for me. Not on an S550 though so maybe no style spacer will work on this car

Yeah me too until IL changed its emissions standards a couple years ago. We were allowed up to two monitors to be "not supported". Now they all have to be ready.

Hi all

would anyone be interested in testing this on an S550 ?

-you should have basic wiring skills
-a scan tool with the capability of checking readiness monitors
-document your progress good or bad
-an S550 catless, rear o2 sensors intact with no defoulers/spacers.

I will supply the sample and install help, providing you document installation and progress.

So this will allow us to run long tubes and high flow cats and still have all sensors in a ready state with no check engine? If so, this is the perfect solution for states like New Jersey and New York where they have pretty stringent obdii scans.

You can leave the switch on, so that they will show as ready and remove the code so it does not show a CEL and it will pass.

But then it will come up as N/A and if it's supposed to be a working monitor you will fail depending on where you live.

yes, I realize there will be a trust issue here, just check us out on e90post with N55 fix, just search catsim

I have also offered sample units for a tester for the S550, I merely hope to establish some trust, and provide a reliable fix.
