Lund E85 tune enabled!

Just ordered and received my Lund e85 tune. About to get my tank really low, fill up with e85, follow the directions and go from there.

What should I expect? What gains is everyone seeing? Mods in my sig.

Make sure you put the E-85 Tune in at the Gas Pump after you fill it up . don't drive on it with 93 unless it is a Flex Fuel Tune.

Yeah. Mine is the flex fuel tune. I just loaded the tune and have to burn about 50 miles until empty before I get my first taste of e85.

I'm safe because of the flex tune correct?

Yeah, you're good to go. The flex fuel tunes work with premium gas and E85, you can switch between the two as you please and the car will adjust accordingly.

So if I run 93 is there any gain or only when the computer senses e85?

When you are running 93 it will run just like a regular 93 tune. When you fill with E85 and the ethanol content is established by the PCM, that's when you'll see a gain over gasoline.

I picked up 10mph in the 1/4 mile with my LUND flex fuel tune

Ahhh... I cant wait till I get to 8-10k miles to order Lund Flex Tune. Unleashed and MPT tunes treated me good on V6. Its time to have a taste of E85 on GT.
