Bought my 22 GT back in September of 23 and have no complaints whatsoever with carvana. Easiest car buying process I’ve experienced thus far and seeing my car dispensed via vending machine was pretty cool. That being said always do your due diligence when purchasing a used car. Good luck!

I’ve bought my 2019 ford mustang gt from carvana and whole process was amazing no issues with the car I’ve paid the additional $1,000 just to have it delivered from Virginia to Chicago

I bought a 2020 GT PP1 with 7.5k miles in August 2024 zero issues with the car or the purchase. The worst part was actually dealing with my credit union shockingly.

my friend bought a frontier truck from them. realized after a few days of owning it that the engine was not right. leaking oil, metal rattling noise and was down almost 3 quarts. called and they picked it up and refunded monies quickly.
although a bad car, the purchase and pickup/refund was satisfactory to him.

if it were my money, do a lot of research first. although a lot of people don't want to hassle with selling a car and this is easy, I also believe that a lot of "problem" cars find their way to carvana and the few other online only companies.

I bought a mustang with them and cancelled after they shipped to FL but prior to me taking possession due to finding something else. The purchase process was easiest I have ever had and they did refund with no issues including the shipping moneys they said was not refundable. Would purchase again if I were in the market. Would also highly recommend Hagerty auction, some pretty amazing options there.

With what I've read and herd from a few folks , they have a money back guarantee. Something your local New or Used Car Dealers will not offer or do . Check out he Car fax and if you can the Oasis report ( with the vin. and find a local Ford Dealership wiling to run it for you. Happy hunting for your GT500

Not a mustang, but bought a Camaro SS1LE off carvana, and NEVER again. We've sold to them multiple times.

Car seemed to check out, and first mark, they completely destroyed the front bumper on the truck getting it off. This was a nightmare that they fought and fought even though the driver admitted to it and even was the one who submitted all the pictures, and claim.

Second, the front fenders had obviously been pulled off the car, resprayed (VERY poorly) and put back on. The driver was not even secured down, and they had destroyed one of the mounts for the fender when trying to put it back on. The rear bumper had also been completely folded in half, and resprayed, not replaced. That didn't show until a bit later. The roof also had a major dent, cracked paint all the way down the side (about 8 inches?) that they also fought and ultimately refused. The car was not even REMOTELY as advertised, and even when their own driver claimed the damages as well as other claims, they did everything imaginable to fight, even trying to deny fixing the front bumper.

I literally can’t even imagine buying a used car site, unseen. I would imagine a lot of these car buying sites like Carvana or a dumping ground for people that have cars with problems only known to them at the time of sale and they just want to unload them. Unreal. I wouldn’t touch it with a 10 foot pole.

I ve sold twice to them. IT s so easy that it makes me hesitant to buy from them. So easy to dump a car there IMO.

I bought my Mach 1 on Carvana. It had a bit under 2k miles and was spec'd the way I wanted, so worth the risk. I have owned it for 16 months now, put 3k miles on it, and about 8 track weekends. Zero issues. Also, I f'ing hate car dealers. Was nice to not have to deal with the incompetent salesperson, the douchebag sales manager, and the scam artist finance guy.

I think if you buy a low mileage car and check the VIN history, you are good.

Side note, I went to 6 dealerships last night to look at a truck and a car for my soon to be 16 year old daughter. Of the 6, only one dealership had a salesperson come out to speak to me. On all 6, we were the only customers on the lot.
