I'd skip the open intake to avoid higher iats, especially since the 18+ oem intake flows efficiently. But if in a colder climate may be less of an issue. Agreed on above, if not doing a flex tune then testing your e85 is a must.

Yea need to buy an e85 test kit and some bmr stuff. Only thing I got going on is the eibach sport line springs everything else is stock. I heard bmr is good and steeda so I'm tied up with who to chose.

I went all Steeda, with the exception of BMR’s Camber Lockout Kit. I’m sure you can’t go wrong with either manufacturer though.

Agreed with the above.
If straight e85 tune, test each fill-up.
If you have acceptable traction on stock tune and non-DR tires, you likely won't after e85 tune.
Rear IRS bushings and braces (I want BMR but Steeda is good too).
Rear tires, as sticky as you can daily and if you have an actual winter, extra set of winter wheels/tires so you can swap back when it warms up.

I also did an alignment after my IRS mods and found my front suspension was a good amount out of alignment from factory. Afterwards, car did a lot better staying straight even when I have some traction loss

I am also thinking of a cai but am looking into the pmas fender well kit. Also going with E85, was considering porting my intake or upgrading my throttle but most say it's not worth the money for the minimal gains you get.

I heard porting the manifold goes in pair with locking out the imrcs. This is really needed if you boost but I heard a couple n/a guys just leave it stock and they do fine. I could be wrong though.

It’s a good daily, I have basically the same setup, but on pump gas and a gt350 intake manifold. My suspension is stock except for a eibach front sway bar.
I suggest you go with PMAS for the cold air, their data is far more consistent than JLT. Also buy quality headers like ultimate headers, American racing, or kooks. I went with kooks. Cheaper ones are tempting but they’re prone to cause O2 issues, and poor clearance will cause false knock.

Yeah I was gonna lock them out as well while I was already there. But after talking to a few people decided to keep the stock manifold. I won't be boosting any time soon, not in the books for a long time so I'd figure some bolt ons, E85, some drag rears & seat time will have to be enough for the next few years.

Yikes, I went with Texas speed catless. Havent put on yet. Since I'm going e85, i probably need to angle to the front o2 sensors to an angle to help dissipate condensation from e85. Although looking at the header, where the first 02 sensors goes it looks to be already angled up instead of it being horizontal. I know some brands leave theirs at a horizontal angle and you would need to weld a new bung....

Good that the O2’s are angled! You’ll only really see if fitment is decent during install. Shouldn’t be terrible though!
