Do you have active exhaust? If so, how would you describe the change in exhaust decibel/pitch/tone? Thanks for the info!!!I fail at technology, so below is a direct link to the before and after dyno. I am not focusing on peak numbers compared to others since every dyno is calibrated differently, but instead focus on the gains.
This is a Mustang dyno on a hot day (about 93 degrees). All in all the car shows gains of 34 whp and 8 wtq on 93 octane. Not sure what is up with that slight drop in horsepower on both the stock and modified calibrations from about 4700 - 5000 rpm? Here are the numbers:
Baseline: 414 rwhp 373 rwtq
JLT CAI, Kooks catted headers, Lund 93 octane tune 448 rwhp 381 rwtq
After I send a data log to Lund Jr. he is going to get me the flex fuel file, at which point I'll likely run full E85, so that will give me a good boost, especially in the torque area.

Here’s a video we did comparing the exhaust modes.Do you have active exhaust? If so, how would you describe the change in exhaust decibel/pitch/tone? Thanks for the info!!!
Like going from 93 to 105 octane racing fuel only it's much cheaper and can't be run all the time. It's recommended you switch every few tanks or so but damn you can make some good power with it!im curious about the difference in 93 and e85. im looking at getting a Lund FF tune.
Question: What can one expect from this combo to the wheels? Thanks for the support! Glad you're satisfied. If there's anything else we can help you with just give us a shout.

Thank you. I actually have the active exhaust, I was wondering what his otherwise stock exhaust sounded like with the longtubes. Here’s a video we did comparing the exhaust modes.
Ack, important information! 93, E85 is hard to find out here. What fuel will you be running?
On 93 octane you're only going to pick up around 10-15rwhp as you really can't throw a lot of timing at them with that fuel. That's why the E85/flex fuel setup does so well over pump gas because it can take more timing than 93.Ack, important information! 93, E85 is hard to find out here.
Quiet mode is still pretty tame while track is flat out obnoxious. I don't know how folks do the catless with resonator delete!Do you have active exhaust? If so, how would you describe the change in exhaust decibel/pitch/tone? Thanks for the info!!!
In 2006 I bought a Mustang GT, I started with a CAI and then soon after went Vortech which was awesome. On 93 octane you're only going to pick up around 10-15rwhp as you really can't throw a lot of timing at them with that fuel. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks, Jared
