I'm torn on what springs to get. My driveway goes from a 0% grade for about 10-feet then goes to a -12.5% grade. I really don't want it to scrape or have to take the driveway at an angle. Due to that I am looking at the Steeda minimum drop. Anyone running them? How do the ride, how is the handling? Any other options out there?

12.5% grade = 7° or 1.5” per foot (rounding out numbers)
Mustangs front wheel centerline to front spoiler tip is around 36” so that’s 4.5” rise or fall however you want to look at it.
Better not screw with the ride height at all IMO.

I'm running Steeda linear minimum drop springs with Ford Track shocks and struts. My driveway is like yours and I've just got used to angle in and out.

Invest the money in a driveway remodel 😂

On a serious note, the mustang has a long chin from the wheel, so it has serious issues with scraping on driveways. If you have a dip between the street and driveway, you can buy these rubber pieces that you screw to the ground to fill in the gap. If your driveway is totally too angled, it may be best to leave as is if it works now and it barely clears.
I would also avoid any setups with rake (front lower than rear) as this will only make it worse for you bringing the chin of the splitter down. In general stock springs are suprisingly good, its possible that you can spend this money elsewhere like stop the hop kits or sway bars or other suspension goodies and be happy

I would have it regraded but I can’t. I don’t have the room for a couple of switchbacks.

I’m not worried about the approach or departure angle too much, I should be fine there. I’m more worried about it scraping mid body.

I’m running Steeda minimum drop linear springs with Steeda Pro-Active shocks & struts…The only time I’ve scraped is going over some speed bumps and that was mid body. My driveway is flat so I can’t help you there.

Steeda minimum drop is your best bet, a buddy of mine has them on his car and it rides great with the steeda shocks

I'm running the Steede min drop springs. Perfectly balanced spring rate and drop IMO. I then went and added the PP2 chin splitter. I have yet to scrape on anything. I always attack grade changes from as low an angle as possible. Another thing is to go SLOW so the suspension doesn't compress.

The FRP track springs will lower the car less than the Steeda Min Drop just by looking at the pictures..especially the rear but the front as well. They're nice for situations like this but they still might cause you issues.

Mid body scrapes would be hard to matter. I have bmr drag lowering springs, so a fair drop down, i think about 1.25”. Ive never mid scraped anywhere. I think i can recommend you to have someone stand outside and you drive up and down the driveway, find the worst spot for clearance, and measure how much space there is between floor and your lowest point. If its anything 2” or more, you will be more than fine dropping on any springs!
