just installed steeda springs. How do you adjust rear camber? I took it to an alignment shop. They couldn't figure out how to adjust camber.
Thanks

First of all, don't go back to that shop. Secondly, the rear comes with camber bolts that allow for camber adjustment.just installed steeda springs. How do you adjust rear camber? I took it to an alignment shop. They couldn't figure out how to adjust camber.

don't go back to that shop ;)Thanks but where are the camber bolts? The alignment guy said the only way to adjust was with the toe links.
Yeah I had the same problem, I was watching the guy and the computer was telling him what to do step by step but I noticed he was using the 13-14 instructions and when he got to the back he didn't know what to do.... So now I've made an appt with a different alignment shop that is well known here in the Los angeles areaThanks Boardkat that's just what I need. Took it back and they did it right. Told me this was the first one they did and didn't have the specs on the mustang yet.
That's pretty cool! I would love to be able to an alignment at home so I can avoid the hassle of other people not caring. Too bad the tool to check toe is nearly $1000...Finding a good alignment shop is sometimes hard to do. My #1 guy closed down. Looks like I might invest in a few portable alignment tools and start doing it myself. A 4 wheel alignment in my area runs $100.00. I've been looking at this, or something similar:
Gotta get the car first though. And with the UAW contract expiring next month, I'm not confident now on a September delivery.
That is all...
Yep, "Not caring" or in previous posts, NOT KNOWING! The Theory of DUH at it's finest! That's pretty cool! I would love to be able to an alignment at home so I can avoid the hassle of other people not caring. Too bad the tool to check toe is nearly $1000...
You just nailed two of the reasons why I've learned how to do lots of things for myself. And specific to alignment, throw in most shops' unwillingness to adjust any of the various angles to settings provided by the customer.Yep, "Not caring" or in previous posts, NOT KNOWING! Well, I got 2 outta 3. ;) Forgot about "Unwillingness"! I've was even turned away from a Discount Tire Store once... the manager wouldn't mount the tires I brought in to have mounted. Said they were NOT the proper size for the car. The Theory of DUH at it's finest! You just nailed two of the reasons why I've learned how to do lots of things for myself.
