I spoke to FORD today and that was a waste of time. She said that since it is a new design they closely monitor and inspect vehicles to assure quality. No idea when my car will be released and after asking offered no compensation. Not even a t-shirt.

Waste of time. But at least it is logged for the future...

Cotus updated since the last time I checked and now works again in Chrome - but - my ETD is gone again from the portal.

So, apparently your car was not even on a train to leave Flat Rock yesterday, but now today the dealer has it? If that's the case, there's some serious lack of communication of Ford's end.

Idk guys, I want to hang in there, but there's also some other cars on the lots that are similar to my order. I've been eyeing them the past couple of days. It's the not knowing that's killing me. Just got a PM from Jeff and mine is still "In Production", hasn't been released yet. Just don't know what to do. :shrug:

Since Rachel left Ford Service, the 'private messages' sent back seem have become simply 'boiler plate'. My requests have asked different questions, but for the last two weeks, the exact same wording with the exact same 'no information' has been sent back to me.

I've only gotten two PMs from you tsunami, asking for a status update. If there's other questions you've sent that I didn't get, let me know. The only info I have on your order though, is what I've provided.

Just received word from my CSM that my car has been released from the plant and should arrive in 15-20 days. Nothing has changed in COTUS but finally glad to hear of some movement!

Although COTUS shows my EDD as 3/23, I just spoke with the dealer, and he has it at 3/17. Guess who I hope is right???

I still have no EDD, I'm trying to look at things positive. By the time it shows up it will be spring and it is giving me more time to save a bigger down payment

Talked to my dealership this morning - they say mine has hit San Antonio and off the train. Probably delivered to them in the morning and he will call me when it arrives.
