Is the GT350 left side axle the same as the GT?

It’s different but not appreciably stronger. The CV joint is a failure mode and the gt350 cv joint is the same size.

I would be careful about buying a used or take-off GT350 half shaft. I have seen a fair number that leak CV grease from the factory due to a bad seal. I had mine replaced under warranty.

I can always replace the grease and put a new clamp on it.
Honestly it only needs to last till Feb or so when I will get some real axles.
The stock GT axles are hollow.

check fb marketplace place and hope for a good local deal i found a set of GT axles for $50 while i waited for my gforce to arrive
