Anyone know offhand what size universal breather would work for the valve cover? 12mm?

And what are people plugging the intake side of the hole with

I bought my dual breather kit from JPC Racing and it came with the necessary clamps and vacuum caps.

That’s what I meant, which ones are the best plug and play deals

what about something like these?
https://www.makperformance.com/2011...VALVE-COVER-CRANKCASE-BREATHER-KIT_p_564.html

or this upr dual setup
https://www.uprproducts.com/11-20-m...ged-dual-valve-oil-catch-can-css-plug-n-play/

would rather buy the right chit the first time and of good quality.
Ya know, when i use to run a UPR valve cover breather along with the UPR dual catch can set up on my 21 roush stage 3, it always felt like i had a vacuum leak and a hesitation with the motor. I took that stuff off and went back to the PCV roush set up and car ran fine again. That always stumped me...........

we don’t pay attention to idiots, MF. Don’t give him any shine. He don’t know wtf he’s talking about.
I appreciate the hate, but I'm not looking for a relationship right now.

Hey fellas. Continuing my sorta newbie questions into the boosted coyote world .
So gathering parts and almost there -

Procharger -p1x
And otherwise stock motor with a Borla catback

which setup should I run? Ordering something asap, so help me spend monies..;)

valve cover breathers?
Or
Catch can setup?
Both sides necessary?
Or?
I recommend running a UPR catch can on your car. Catches any PCV blow-by and keeps your engine clean! Check them out here at www.lethalperformance.com https://www.lethalperformance.com/u...paxton-vortech-procharger-5030-146-1-css.html

Hey there

Thats one kit I’m curious about

Am I right in this?
So 1 line from each Valve cover to the can
1 line from inlet tube-pre supercharger (P1x in my case)
Then 1 line to manifold vacumn

So it has a one way check valve in the “clean” line?

Is it this? Cant quite tell?

So it says it works, not at idle but under boost the check valve opens? What psi does it open?

Or is the std can still a good option for boosted?

https://www.lethalperformance.com/u...-catch-can-2015-2021-mustang-gt-5029-220.html

Like, could I run it now N/A now and then When blower is on and still work ok?
I would hold out and get the one specifically made for the procharger. But yes, one line to the valve cover, one line to the blower for vaccuum, and one to the manifold. The check valve makes it so oil doesn't go back into the PCV and stays in the can.

Ok thanks

So is what is circled in pic above the check valve?

Is it worth it to upgrade to the race/bigger valve ?

Yes, that's the check valve and we always recommend the UPR Pro-Series check valves on any application as they Flow twice as much air/vacuum delivering better idle, mpg, and throttle response.

These are what we recommend on any application looking for overall improved performance.

The biggest thing to remember when you're in the market for a catch can is not to get stuck with a catch can that uses generic rubber hoses and plastic fittings screwed into the catch can. UPR only uses the highest grade aluminum anodized parts and all stainless steel

Hope this helps, Joe@UPR

Cool, thanx for the reply and info joe.

So like in that pic, that’s how it comes before adding anything?

Kinda confused as why or what for , the option for dr or pass pro flow?
im confused and not enough caffeine yet (up nights)

So anyone running this setup? Switch from something else and noticed better stuff as said above etc?

We've run both JLT and UPR catch cans on several of our cars with really good results. Both make plug and play setups for your application. I've never ran breathers on our cars so I really can't comment from personal experience on them.

Feel free to reach out if there's anything we can help you with.

Thanks!
