This stuff does actually work. But, there is a drawback. My PP wheels show a white haze after applying this stuff. That said, even with the white haze, they look better after a few days of driving then they otherwise would.

Bought a can tonight. The back of the can said remove any white marks left behind with a clean towel? So far the parts that have dried look similar to the normal wheel finish. Will report back once I've tested it out. As far as the needing an entire bottle of sonax. I get about 3 washes out of a bottle.

Here is a pic after applying the armor all dust repellent.

Going to head to AutoZone as you suggested.

It drives me crazy when you get the car clean, take it for a short drive and the rims are brown

I've cleaned my wheels on the track pack 3 times on the same bottle of Sonax with still about 1/2 the bottle left. About 5-8 sprays per wheel moving the nozzle across the face of the wheel from about 2 feet away gets good coverage. Use a wheel brush and have some soapy water handy that removes 95%+ plus. Takes about 15-20 minutes to do the wheels

The AutoZones around me don't carry it. The good news was that I had an excuse to cruise in my GT350 while looking for the stuff.

Then this isn't the pad for you, based on his last sentence.

GS-1 is the Dust/Noise/Rotor Friendly solution.

Depending on track use, Auto X, Road Course and driver level determines a track pad.

R8's are a good Auto-x compound that can work on road course usage (mild) R10-R12 will be a Road Course Pad. Many Customers just run both and swap them but this is a discussion about keeping wheels clean.

Me too. These pads are dusty, but they work well. I remember someone around here tried different pads and the brakes weren't as good. I recall he recommended to go with oem.

So I'll also report back my findings.
