Wow, thanks for the entertaining read guys.

Back to the OP.
The electronic nannies are there for a good reason and have definitely saved many a car and driver from simple embarrassment to serious injury or worse.
As many have made constructive comments actually related to the original post. There are courses out there where a driver can relatively safely learn the limits of a vehicle and hone driver skill. That is where you should start.

A thought on traction physics: When you let off the throttle too fast, the weight transfers to the front tires which gain traction and turn the car in the direction they are pointed. You truly can steer a car with the throttle.

Good luck and stay safe out there!

Driving on wet roads I figured it be the best way to see what happens with the car in track mode.
What?

My main thing is I'm running all season indy tires from the dealership, 255s.
Firestone Firehawk Indy 500? If so, those are not an all season tire. They are specifically marketed as an Ultra High Performance Summer tire.

Ya, you know....its be perfect opportunity to test a car's limits (insert sarcasm emoji).
More like test one’s suicidal limits

Worn out A/S tires, wet road, auto trans, nannies off, floor it at 20 MPH.

What could go wrong?

what alot dont realize is the rear whee speed vs front wheel speed is important. it makes a huge difference trying to stop a rear wheel speed of 65(dont know what the top of 3rd is on an A10) when youre truly going 20, major tail wag. Put it in manual and run the gears out longer.

You can really tell it's a troll when someone says a Fox is easier to control. Laughable.
