Just installed new return style fuel system, waiting on a new revision from Lund for e85, currently tuned by Lund on 93. Is it safe to drive and more so hit boost on a return style fuel system running 93 octane in the mean time while waiting on a tune (they said up to 2 weeks)

2019 GT ESS SUPERCHARGER
TUNED ON 93 just installed return style system.

What size pulley and what size Blower? This is best in the ESS Thread honestly.

I would not drive it under boost, personally. You could drive it, yes, should you drive it and load it up on boost, no. G3 on 120 is okay for pump 93 but once again, you're dealing with stuff you're not tuned for 100%, assuming you were already tuned on 93, for the G3 120mm?

What fuel system did you install?

And was that the only change? No other changes at all? Injectors?
Fore , already had id1050x injectors prior to fuel system

As long as your FPR's are set properly, I would be cautious and monitor everything you can. You didn't change fuel type, or anything else, your boost level won't increase cause of the fuel system.

Just be cautious.

Yeah I have been definitely driving cautious and slow just wondering what would of happen if I did hit boost (not going to) just what would be the outcome

Honestly, nothing should happen.

All you did was add more fuel system and added a return. Boost won't change because of that.

If you set your regulators correctly, it should make up for some of the difference, if any.

You should be fine. The PCM should accommodate for any small differences, assuming Lund hasn't done anything stupid. 2 weeks to get you a revision? Really:lipssealed:

I know I was kinda shocked, I’ve gotten 2 revisions before within few hours, but this is crazy. Also very hard not to drive the car, especially drive it the way I want to that’s why I asked because idk if i can wait 2 weeks lol

Were you outside of your initial 6 month tuning window? Lund has consistently gotten back to me on the same day with revisions if I submit a log before noon eastern Monday - Friday.

Yea I haven’t tuned it ever since the first tune after the SC install. This is my first upgrade since then - about a year ago. All revisions during the SC install and injectors were within a few hours usually the same day.
