Yea I didn’t tune it ever since the first tune after the SC install. This is my first upgrade since then about a year ago.

So in theory, it’s a brand new tune request according to their ticket system. I think my initial request I was told “up to two weeks” and received the tune within 48 hours. Hope the same is true for you as waiting definitely sucks.
