Vortech v3 on 3.33 pulley 2018 mustang Gt - My bov is not as loud as it should be was told it could be a weak vacuum? what else could cause this? please help

Just installed new return style fuel system, waiting on a new revision from Lund for e85, currently tuned by Lund on 93. Is it safe to drive and more so hit boost on a return style fuel system running 93 octane in the mean time while waiting on a tune (they said up to 2 weeks) 2019 GT ESS...
