Interesting, I had very little trouble, well Ford Service tech's installed mine in 2 hrs. They did have to file the holes or something to fit it. It's worth the trouble, really tightens the chassis combined with CB 005.

Thanks, with some forceful clamping and grinding I can/might make it work but I’m under the impression this brace shouldn’t require such extreme measures. Looking forward Kelly’s response.

I had to endure a bad install of CB005 until I found a 2nd shop to change the bushings and follow Steeda instructions after the J&M bushings were installed wrong, these aftermarket parts are "New" to most tech's and they have "trial&error" problems just as the designers.

UPDATE! We have revised our CB006 to work on all S550 applications.

All CB006s shipping since 11/15/2018 are this new design.

So now they work on 2018 GT A10 cars....GT350s...and everything else in between.

@BMR Tech whatever happened to the complete front tubular subframe for the s550? I remember seeing a picture from a booth you guys had at a show in 2015 that had a car equipped with one along with a list of other BMR products

@BMR Tech I followed the instructions on this thread and I am really happy with the results. Car was extremely flat in the turns and pulled 1.07G's on street tires. There is probably a little bit more left in her but I was pushing it really hard. Is there any significant gain to chassis stiffness that this will yield? I believe I read that you don't have to replace the lower crossmember brace by installing this but I may have misread that.

Installed the CB006 on my '15 GT today. Just a note about bolt sizes in the install instructions ( @BMR Tech ), the instructions call out 24 mm for the lower control arm bolts. On the '15 GT Premium, at least, those are 21 mm. Install is very easy and the instructions are very well done.
