3:31’s are the best gears for what your looking for so that’s a great start. It’s all a matter of preference. I’m happy with my Roush Phase 2 setup.

For what you're doing, absolutely turbo.

Long pulls will kill your cats so you'll be doing headers with no cats with a blower. By the time you add it up, you're at the price of a Hellion kit.

I'm very happy with my wastegated centri. Centri pulls hard up top but the wastegate brings a ton of power into the midrange too.

That being said, the strongest midrange will go to turbos and I would go that route for 1k+whp. Midrange to high end is where roll racing is, so turbo or centri would shine the best IMO.

I installed a centri to match up well with my 4c converter. But im a drag racer. to answer your question. I think turbos are the way to go. Go big turbo and lower the boost. For beating up on most cars and street driving. And crank it up for the heavy hitters.

Turbo setup would best suit your needs. If you want to go the supercharger route go with Procharger D1 or DIX. That will get you there. Once the Centri's get rolling they are hard to catch. My setup has been very successful rolling and Im running the little P1.

people say 55 will do fine but I got the 62, might as well spend it if you got it. install will be pricey so get what you want the first time and don't try to cut corners. don't forget youll need injectors and BAP. than comes traction. I got blankets and a boost controller and a meth kit for mine, it all adds up after time haha. depends on your budget honestly

Not sure if big turbos are the answer with a manual from a roll. Seems like they'd fall out of boost on shifts unless you money shift it every time lol.

I swear by the 55s. They spool very quickly, which is what you need for a roll race and especially for a manual car.

Go big or go home. When I was into the turbo cars. The big turbo cars ruled the street. In a manual. Its your job to keep the car in the power band. Spooling quick is fine if your only going to 120.

For me it really comes down to what fuel your going to use. If your stuck with 93 then your going to be capped around 750-800 max. May as well just Whipple it, cheap and easy. You could always get a 100 octane tune and pick up a few degrees of timing for special occasions.

If your going to run E-85 or race fuel and don't mind spending a little extra money then I'd twin turbo the car. Turbo's are just so much fun......

A 40-140 roll is gonna be 2nd-4th. That's 2 shifts you have to hit perfectly to keep the bigger turbos spooled up.

And if you hit those shifts right. The smaller turbo cars are in the rear view. But lets face it. Any boosted coyote will kill everything on the street. short of a handful of other heavy modded cars. At that point. He who spent the most. And has the most mods wins. So I think the ops budget. Will speak louder. Then all of our opinions.:)

If you're under 1000 HP, then the 55's may have the advantage. Fastest mustang in my area has twins, and consistently beats everybody else around here.

For roll racing with an manual car I'd go PD. I remember back in the day with my centri car I'd always get put at the rear bumper right off the hit when racing a similar powered/weight car with a PD blower.

The centri guys will say the top end charge is hard to beat, but from what I've seen, all the PD blowers are climbing until redline just like a centri. I know mine doesn't fall off at all...

Disagree somewhat. Theres a video on youtube of an S550 with a big single falling back in every single race and having to come back every single time to barely win by a bumper vs cars with less power.
