from my experience with my 14 stay away from the Raxiom units. i went through 4 that kept rebooting on their own and they never fixed it. If I removed the NAV SD card it worked for the radio/backup cam with no issues

I've had a tomtop unit and moddictions unit as well. You can find the tomtop unit on ebay for around $280 shipped and moddictions for $599. They're both 8" with nav but moddictions also has hdmi and somewhat of an ac control off the screen. If you're on a budget, get the tomtop but if you don't mind paying the extra cash, I'd get the better unit as I think its worth it.

You basically have 3 options, all are plug and play and require the same installation effort. I personally went with the Sintegrate unit since the ability to play music videos off a USB or SD car was the main reason why I bought it. If I didn't care for that feature, I would have gotten OEMradio's MFT system. As it is now, OEMradio's Sync3 system is just too pricey to justify the cost.

$300 Tomtop - Older MFT style UI. Not really that well integrated into the factory systems. A bunch of bugs and reliability issues. You get what you pay for.

$600 Sintegrate (Raxiom, Moddiction) - Newer Sync3 style UI. Nearly perfect integration with the factory system, only a few minor bugs. HDMI and good Nav software (Nextgen). Screen is subpar, glossy (glare) and difficult to see in sunlight (not bright enough).

$800-$2300 OEMradio - Factory MFT or Sync3 system. OEM parts, Perfect integration but very pricey and you don't get HDMI or the ability to play videos.

That's too bad. I've had zero issues with my Raxiom unit. I bought a screen protector from Amazon that reduced the glare tremendously. I'm very happy with my Raxiom.

I'm curious as to why that unit is only listed as for the V8's?

Plus i don't think many people have that unit only 1 or 2 people on here have it and one of them isn't answering too many questions about it.
Roarone has a separate product page for the V6/EB. Very strange since the system should work on any base trim. Wonder what the difference is between the V8.

I don't think anyone has the unit in hand yet. It's going to be a hard sale for them since they are an unknown chinese company that seems to be selling out of Canada. I'm really turned off by the piss poor english, minimal descriptions and pictures. They don't even mention the most important questions. We all want to know if it'll be direct plug and plug with all included harnesses and if it'll have full oem integration (onscreen AC, backup camera, SYNC functions, etc). Just noticed the 10.4" is only 1028x768. It seems to be a cheap glossy TFT screen . I'd really like to know what the 4th toggle switch does, since the base models only have 3 buttons.

I wish I could get my hands on a harness, need one to upgrade my friends 4'' to 8'' SYNC 3. Seems no one sells just the harness.

OEMradio has these harnesses but not sure if he's willing to just sell it by itself.

Yeah I haven't checked with him. It would be great if he would sell them by themselves.
