I’m trying to see what customs tune is the best bang for your buck?
(Would I need to get a cai or be fine with the stock one to get the most)(I have a 2015 gt all stock still)

Even fbo tuned isnt doing much on 93, e85 will get you some gains but even fbo e85, NA cars dont get a lot especially the coyote which has a really good intake exhaust system paired with a good stock tune, if you want bang for your buck go boost

Everyone is just going to recommend what they have. Wengerd is the fan favorite these days on the forums. I have Lund, no issues here.

Maybe you should define what "bang for the buck" means to you.
I'd suggest that you first decide what your goals are. Decide on your budget. Then start to explore your options within those parameters.

Best bang for the buck would be 5 star if you have a SCT device.

I don't know if it's the best tune or not but they are the cheapest.

It doesn't ?
For the cost, what are we getting? 30hp to crank? Its hardly worth the money to go fbo tune on coyote for power. Add a few grand and a ess will do hundreds more hp for almost same money

I dunno. Ford says 40 wheel. Livernois says 50 wheel. Steeda claim 40 wheel,
general consensus is 30-50 wheel. One ONTARIO, CA company claims 100 wheel ha-ha.

Myself I'm guessing my tune gave me 35 wheel w/91 octane.

Now how much do we spend on lets say averagw 40 whp? 1500$ long tubes catless, choice of catback 2000$ on average, intake 300$, tune and device 1000$, we look at 5k$ for 40 whp, its not wildly great. Truth is, modern na cars do very well from factory, the old times of exhaust and tuning giving 100 whp are over.

For 5-8k you can spec out a budget ess or whipple, stay on pump gas, make 550-700whp while keeping exhaust stock. Then add the exhaust, e85, push to 900whp or more. Coyotes love boost, my 2 cents save the money and go boost, or get a chevy/dodge for bigger na builds

Honestly a na coyote tuned, i only found that the tune didnt change hp much, it more changed how the car feels, the response, the way power comes in, it just feels better, not so much on the whp side though

As others have pointed out be clear with your goals. If you want another 50 whp NA just to sharpen the car up a bit with some good suspension mods I think it will be awesome for the canyons balancing good traction and power. If you have an itch for far more serious power don’t muck around go boost but do it properly spend the $ on the best cooling mods and suspension and driveline upgrades from the start especially if you want to go racing (rolls and/or drags). Ah and of course get it tuned by the best.

Thats basically ignoring this entire forum then. LOL. Everything is repeated over and over again. Its almost insanity.
