B1446 Code - Please help

I took my car and had oil pressure and boost gauges installed and now seems as if it's not running quite right. Yesterday I cleared all of the OBD codes and drove the vehicle. I rechecked today and B1446 code was present. Kindly, requesting what this code means and how to fix the issue.

Since it started after you had guages installed I would hunt around for a loose, unplugged connector. Check the MAF sensor and around any area where the tech had to touch in order to gain access for the gauges. You might want to bring it back to the installer and let them know you started tripping the code after the install.

Appreciate the assistance, I thought it referenced to Oxygen sensors. Recently had a new downpipe installed and had the shop change the nylon fitting to copper for the oil pressure gauges. After that I noticed a at 4X RPMs making a loud hissing sound? Should I change the oxygen sensors. Not sure what it could be?

Don't arbitrarily change any O2 sensors.
The first issue - the code - may be a loose/disconnected ground associated with the recent gauge install.

The hissing is unrelated; maybe the fitting(s) you had changed, but maybe just the normal sound of a different DP.

B as the first character in an OBD code means it's a body code, the second character means it's a manufacturer specific code. It would be anything to do with O2 sensors. Everything I could find on a Ford B1446 is it's the wiper park sensor circuit. Considering you were under the dash wiring in gauges it makes sense it would have to do with the wiper wiring.
