thanks :) is it safe to flash the oem tune onto it with the wrench on the screen? I can do that easily enough, I didn’t want to just point the finger at the tune without trying some other basics :)
I have no idea, I would ask whoever sent me the tune.

I contacted my tuner and they assured me returning to the stock map was ok under the circumstances. That done, my fault codes persist, anyone have any other ideas I can try?

I’m getting nowhere with this, no one wants to take it on, I’m desperate!
Can you have a quick look please and give me an idea where I go from here? Do I have to buy a forscan token to take this further?
Any help appreciated

Have you checked for a water leak in your floors? Ecu could have moisture in it.

Here is another option.

|Code P166A Ford Tech Notes
Some 2013 Fusion and MKZ vehicles may exhibit an illuminated wrench light with DTC P166A stored in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM), or the memory seat recall function may be inoperative during passive entry. Reprogram the Body Control Module (BCM) to the latest calibration

Not sure if this video is even close but anything is worth a try. At the end it mentions airbag reset

thanks Donnie, I’ve had a look at all the modules and no sign of moisture anywhere :(
Apart from the occasional wash it lives inside and doesn’t get used in all weathers so that was always a long shot unfortunately, I had to check though.
Airbag module shows no faults but I’ll certainly give it a go

Can anyone point me to the locations of BCM-F and BCM-C please? Are they connectors on the BCM?
