Avoid MBenzgram at all cost!

On May 12th, I put in an order for some Kooks GREEN catted headers at an incredible price which I knew should have been a red flag from the beginning. I have multiple emails asking for status updates and keep getting told it will ship the next week. After that, the emails started to get more rude with all caps saying YOU'LL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN IT SHIPS acting like it's an inconvenience to them that I'm asking about a $2109 purchase. Fast forward to July 31st, I still don't have my headers. I've had enough. Here's my email track and I've already filed a dispute with my credit card company. If you look online, a lot of people never received a refund even after asking them for one. This site is a huge scam and I will be reporting this vendor to the admins. MBenzgram is also Danaport.com. It's the same scam company on both sites and notice there's no physical location for these places.

@MBENZGRAM I hope you lose your vendor membership because you don't belong here scamming people. I went in with my credit card from the beginning because I had a feeling you would screw me over so I already planned for it. There's a special place in hell for people like you.

Yeah, they should be removed. They play this game on several forums and make fake accounts to say how great they are and respond to them.

I'm still fighting with my credit card company over this stupid F'ing company to this day. They want to see my emails back and forth demanding a refund.

That vendor should have been banned way sooner than when they were because there were numerous complaints on here from other M6G members who got scammed by them.

You need to go to their web hosting service and get them banned from their host - no host = no website to scam others.


Just an FYI, the Vendor MBENZGRAM also goes by DANA PORT on the BBB - look further below… this was confirmed by the E46 forum members.

Also - BOTH companies are hiding all of their registry info on WHOIS and they don’t even come up in ICANN. Neither business has any physical address listed on their webpages. Their server is in Canada:

I just finalized my dispute and got my money back from Citibank today. I had to send every email I had, screenshots of my order and included their terms and conditions. They blatantly lied to Citibank and said I had a "special order" and since it was beyond 60 days since it was ordered, they wouldn't issue a refund. Yet they told me they would refund me in an email, never did. You can't just take someone's money for an order and not give them anything.

This 60-day special order policy isn't even in their terms and conditions, so they are just chronic liars. This company can eat a bag of d*^%s.

Funny how the law works. You can scam people on the net and are virtually untouchable, yet steal and get a prison sentence.
The law was never changed enough since the online era to make internet scammers liable for a good stay in the lockup.
Perhaps scum like above and jackson1320 would think twice !

Agreed, there’s still too many loopholes for online vendors to scam people and be able to get away with it.
