Sport+ and track mode on the premium also increases throttle response. Whereas hitting the traction control button twice loosens up the nannies a bit for more spirited driving. You'll be able to spin the tires a bit more and maybe get a little sideways before the traction control kicks in.
Thanks for the input, guys.Close but sport is supposedly different then Sport+ Sport just changes the traction control settings. Sport+ supposedly changes some other tuning aspects of the engine and the traction control.
Mmm... So basically, the base car has no ability to have a throttle response or transmission shift points that are nearly as responsive or as high revving as the Premium, correct? With that said, I suppose you can get around the shift point issue by using the paddles but the throttle response is an issue that cannot be addressed on a base car.
By the way, one other question: Can both the traction control and Stability control be fully disabled regardless of base or premium?
