Yes, look at my second photo HERE. the screws face forward, so use a shorter screwdriver.OK...I'm gonna install the adapter & ball...How do I get to the screws, do I just pry the plastic assembly with boot up?
Dang that sucks, I just bought the Honda one.I'm in communication's with the manufacture of the shift adapter. I had a few issues. They informed me they are making one exclusively for the 2015/16 Mustang...Can someone please measure the diameter of your shift lever, I don't have calipers and wanna give them the correct measurement.
Call and ask for oscar 1 509 571-1898 tell them Harley informed you of an upcoming 15/16 Mustang adapter.Dang that sucks, I just bought the Honda one.
The length will be about 1/2" longer at the bottom to better fit the boot, the top end will be the same.I hope its a little shorter! I doubt it will be much different than this one though.
What problems did you end up having?Call and ask for oscar 1 509 571-1898 tell them Harley informed you of an upcoming 15/16 Mustang adapter.
Not sure if it's just me, but none of the pictures you've posted so far have shown up.The inner sleeve is to big. I shimmed it with some thin plastic rolled up but it's not a good fix (Sloppy)...They're making a sleeve that will fit the mustang like the stock one. Look at the picture of my hand holding the plastic factory shifter and the aluminum adapter.
I'll redo all of em after dinner--> :headbonk::doh:Not sure if it's just me, but none of the pictures you've posted so far have shown up.
