No bud the gt 500 pumps are not the same as the gt 350 pumps,I looked into that already.Im just telling u guys what is what,I've been a certified mechanic for 30 years and I know for sure they are hooked up as Sai Li instructions.Yes I could have a bad pump and if that is the case the bap will bring that out.Their are also alo t of guys that are running out of pump with the gt350 pumps are just not posting about it.Its all depended on hp/weather/and injectors play a part too.Me and Jon be over and over the logs and bad pumps don't run fine all the way to 6900 rpms they just fall off a cliff lol.
But you stated previously that your logs were fine until a certain point of time. So what changed?

Just curious if you have put a mechanical fuel pressure gauge on it and ran it to 100% verify its dropping fuel pressure?

Yes, you have a problem someplace, My car is proof positive. I have a mustang dyno and my car is an A6 and it made 860 with Fuel pump to go.I guarantee you have an issue some place. Plus a ton of full WOT 1/4 mile pulls and all of them datalogs.

Yes my logs have always been good to 6800 to 7000 rpms,up till that rpm I have perfect lambada, fuel trims and lambasi is right on the money. After 68 to 7000 rpms lambda drops and drops fast,I go from .77 at 7000 rpms to .85 to 87 at 7400 rpms.Cannot be anything but running out of fuel.I could have got bad pumps I doubt it especially now hearing about other guys running out and I'm not taking a chance and buying another set and still run out of fuel.Bap will be hooked up this week and that will tell alot.I don't buy into dyno numbers,my car was running 140 in the quarter on ms109,so I don't know how much Moore power it's making on e85 but maybe I'm underestimating my rwhp.

No but me and my buddy talked about it,I have a gauge hooked up on the regualtor.I might mount a go pro under their to see if pressure is dropping off.

There was someone else having the same problem on this site a while back...but I forget who and the solution. You could probably find it with a search. I want to say he had a bad pump, but I can't recall.

Come on, do it old school. Hook the gauge to a line and tape it to the windshield.

Yea if this bap don't change my results, that is what I'm going to do.I was reading alo t about the Ford fuel pumps,Kenny Bell did alo t of testing on these and it's amazing what a 1 volt drop or 1volt increase will do to flow.

Just wanted to do some more testing before I come on here and posted about the gt350 pumps.Well their no doubt that mine is running out at 7k rrpm.My car probably make 750 rwhp through an auto on a d1 with a 4.88 pulley.TRIPLE checked and pumps have 14.5 volts running to them at all times.Another u guys should now is the gt and gt 350 pump is not the same.I took my pump out of my stock hat and Member Jn2 had a gt 350 pumped pulled from a hat and they were 2 different part numbers,I can post them if u want. The gt pump is easy to find specs on but can't find nothing on the gt350 pump.Im going to run my jms bap to both pumps and that should get me what I need, but the gt 350 pumps are not going to support over 800rwhp on e85 on a supercharged car.Possible a bad pump, may be but I doubt it.Their are guys running the gt350 pumps on e85 and probably will be fine, but if u think u are over 750 whp u should data log your car on the street to make sure your not running out of fuel.
Sai is my tuner and he has tested his setup on many cars up to 850 whp on e85. Mine gets dyno tuned next month with a 15lb pulley on e85. Should be close to 840 at the rear. I will send you the data logs if you want.

Don't take this wrong man but dyno',s don't mean crap to me,To be Honest My tuner Jon Jr talked to.Sai about my car and he told Jon he don't use the gt350 pumps he uses the gt500 pumps in a gt350 hat which I find hard to believe.since u can't buy hats without pumps in them.So it pretty hard to believe anything on these forums, everybody setup is a little different, most guys do a final tune on their car and that's it,I data log my.car a shit load.Check any other forums where guys are running e85 and look at the difficulties these guys have with tuning e85 in different weather conditions.Again one of my pumps could be bad but if the bap gives me the fuel I need,I will put a DW 400 pump in my hat and should be good to go.Now if bap makes no difference me and my tuner will probably get into a heated discussion.

There are plenty of people on this site running more boost and making more power than you with the sai li kit or a pieced together dual 350 pump setup and no issue. My STOCK single pump with a bap was supporting 700+ on e50. There's no way you should be going lean in your setup. Are you leaving the boost port on the regulator capped or open to atmosphere? Lund used to say to leave it open to atmosphere after setting your fuel pressure with the line attached. Not sure if that's how they're still tuning these setups. I'd also try reflashing your tune if you haven't.
