Ordered my complete kit yesterday. Great to have some peace of mind for road trips and daily drives.

I bought a Hyundai Equuus 19" spare tire/wheel. I had to have it bored out to 2.782" or 70.66 mm to fit the hub, and it fits my 2018 PP1 Mustang. And it fits in the spare tire well too!

I bought a PP replica front wheel from AM and a cheap front-sized tire and went the full size spare route.

However, I really am thinking about getting that AA spare so I can use the full trunk again.....

...Directions say to cut a piece out of the foam in the trunk floor to go under the jack. I just used a towel folded in half and cut a hole through the middle for the mount.
Mine showed up while I was away on a trip. I saw these instructions and laughed. I'll go get a sheet of felt from the fabric store that has adhesive on the back so it stays put. Im not going to hack up my trunk floor.

You bore the big hole in the middle of the wheel from the inside; which goes over the center hub of the axle.

I’ll try to get you a picture though.

The day after I picked up my Mustang I ordered the Automotive Authority spare tire. Their website still shows the free shipping offer and it still is free!

Update 3/28: the tire/wheel arrived and it fits (PP1 with Magneride) !

As AA notes, clean the mold release off the tire so it doesn't stick to the metal in the trunk. I didn't want to spend $100 for the special jack so I got a Torin Big Red for a lot less. It really needs the socket drive adapter, the stock handle is hard to turn when lifting the car.

I wasn't aware there was any doubt on that front.
The only doubt was if I needed a spacer like the GT350 since (supposedly) the MagneRide hub is the same as the GT350. Anyway, no spacer needed.

Will the factory non-PP spare clear the PP Brembos with a spacer? Last weekend, my rear PS4S was destroyed. Since there were no 275's in stock for nearly a week, I had no choice but to buy a spare kit from a dealer (decent price, $216 incl jack, etc.). Since I now have the factory spare, I wanted to know that if the spare+spacer clears the PP Brembo, then how thick of a spacer is needed?

The non-PP spare will fit in the rear but not in the front even with a spacer. You would need to put the rear tire on the front with a spacer and then put the spare on the rear. You need a 5/8" spacer to put the rear wheel on the front. I think it actually isn't required but you might rub when turning without it.
