My guess on why I haven't seen any PP's is probably that nobody wants to be driving a manual in NYC traffic.

They don't come with Autos in the USA? That's so odd. Performance and Premium is standard equipment on UK cars and my dealer's show car, a black vert, is an Auto.

I loved/love my Vette. But the Mustang is a completely different car. Wanted to play with something else for a while.

Been there, done that. Never ever in a billion years buying a BMW unless I have the cash to get a M4.

I would have owned a dozen BMW's by now it they didn't have at minimum a $10K badge tax on their 3 series alone. There really are several cars over the years that are much better cars that may fall short only 5% in performance (only performance as a measure of a car) that you can buy for $10K less. I just absolutely refuse to pay ridiculously high prices for a car thats just not worth it. This is why I ended up in well build cars like Honda/Acura and Toyota/Lexus. This is also the reason I drive a Ford Mustang now. Not only is it well built but its probably the best bang for the buck you can buy for performance right now.

My opinion is that BMW's are actually pretty cheap (interiors and such) and my Mustang is on par with any of my old Honda and Toyotas and therefor as well built as a BMW now. So go out and buy a base Mustang GT at $30K and then go see what you can get at BMW for $30K.

Only the birds are telling me they don't like it. They poop on it a minimum of 1-2 times per day, typically 6-8 times per day, and once over 20 times in a period of about a minute. I actually witnessed the bombing run. :rant:

Must got back home from washing my "Maggie", and I had something funny happen to me. I just dinished detailing my car and was getting ready to pull out of a spot when two guys in a older Chevy POS pickup leave as well. They drive right back me and start revving the engine.. It was really funny because I guess they wanted me to be impressed. I gave them a look that said "really"?? And only then did they drive off..

I've been getting the Ecoboost haters coming out of the woodwork, its only a 4 cylinder, no balls, I bet its slow etc. The best comment was from someone with a 2001 base v6 automatic telling me I'm dumb for getting the Ecoboost.

LMAO! Should have asked him what he was smokin'. Musta been some good sh!t. Did he have or "NOX" decals on it? Those decals alone are good for 75-100 hp, right?

If everyone had the same taste in cars, there'd be only one make and one model car. I think Ford now has EVERY potential Mustang buyer covered. Even the Brits and Down Under. And for those folks, Ford better be workin' on mirroring those cup holders in the console!
