I decided to avoid all seasons and go for the Pilot Sport 4S but I have talked to multiple dealerships and tire shops and there's no rear 315/30R19 PS4 apparently. I am recommended to put Cup 2s on the back.

What tire setup do people have for PS4s?

After I purchased my 2019 GT350 I sold the Cup 2's. Replaced with 4S's 305 all around. They are perfect for my car's street use only. Chose not to use larger tires on the rear as the car's horsepower doesn't warrant them. Unlike my C7 Z06 Corvette's over 700 hp and a weight lower by 200+. Plus, I'll be able to rotate the tires for overall longer life. Also use 5mm spacers to subtly improve the car's overall aesthetics. Everyone's choice depends upon their own usage.

Probably back ordered. They do exist but just not right now at certain locations.

This sounds like something I'd want to do...assuming spacers on the rear? Did you change wheels as well, or just pulled the 305s a bit wider in the rear?

Just fractionally wider. Did the same on my C7 Z06 Corvette. You cannot discern it with the naked eye, but one senses that the proportions are just that much better aesthetically. I bit hard to explain. Plus it's not the least bit radical so no problem there. Wheels are factory originals.
