Stick cars are really fun on the street but when you start upping the power on a prepped track, the drop clutch shock that a manual presents breaks parts.

To be fair s-197 live axle cars get broken as well. Torque + Grip+ load shock can break any suspension part, its just a part of this game we play.

Have you talked to Kelly @ Bmr? Kelly is great guy, he will hook you up as far as upgrades are concerned. Bmr has plethora of high strength replacement parts to get that rear sured up..Just keep in mind, the stiffer you go the more noise you will have.

Gonna give Steeda a call and get their opinion. But yeah, noise won't bother me.

get the Whiteline bushing replacement kit instead of the 'puck' solution.
1) quieter than either of the puck solutions.
2) the bolt is properly supported.

But first and foremost this was a totally foreseeable failure by some idiot Ford engineer.
* You NEVER support an object in sheer on the threaded portion of the fastener but they did it anyway.
* You NEVER oversize the hole the bolt is supposed to support by any more than what's needed for a slip-fit.

Spoke with John at Steeda and we decided on the aluminum inserts, through bolt kit and diff support brace. Fingers crossed this will eliminate any more issues.
