Alcohol % reads low

Installed 47lb injectors and got Lund flex fuel tune. Got gas to put in the car at the shop to run on dyno to datalog after tune is flashed. Dropped off with 2 miles til e on 93. Cars flashed and filled with e85 (later rested and read 80-85% but n gauge is reading 60% and isn’t getting full power for the tune. Any thoughts?

Are you running an intake? Some of the after market intakes don't always calculate properly. I always test to fuel so I know exactly what my ethanol content should be and if afr doesn't adjust accordingly I do a quick Kam reset.

It doesn't matter what the ethanol content reads at. If your not knocking the car is going to hit max timing that is allowed in the tune regardless of 10% ethanol vs 90% ethanol. The spark advance is handled by the knock sensors adding in timing up until they hit the cap set forth by the tuner in the tune. All the ethanol % is doing is telling the ecu the stoich point for the fuel in the car at that time.
