Says you're in KY; having spent most of my last year in Louisville it seems like there is nowhere in KY that is more than 20 minutes from a pretty empty road. Any country road will do, just gap the cars behind you by several hundred yards before you get on the binders. I've done this on roads near racetracks on several occasions, and I've done it on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago at night.
