Here's the funny/ironic part. He's a picture at my son's baseball game 3 days after getting the car back. And yes, it is a living, breathing deer......Fifty cars in the lot and this one chooses my car.

That's good to see it got fixed up properly! It does suck to have your car dug into that deeply being so new. I missed a tiny ding on the front edge of the driver door after I took delivery. I looked it over but I didnt see it until I had it sitting in our garage. Luckily it is hard to see. I just dont want to tear down the door and fender yet to fix that tiny spot and PDR cant fix it either because it is by the shell edge. Once the newness of the car wears off I might finally get it fixed at work.
