Sorry for your loss. I do my best to keep the population down but this post alone is just one more reason why they should offer unlimited tags!

Sorry to see, similar happened to me about a year and a half ago here in Central NJ. The deer literally jumped over my car. I thought my car would be completely ruined but I was lucky, just a small dent in the front fender. Still 1,500 $ to repair. Good luck and hopefully you can enjoy your car again soon.
Where in central Jersey are you? I'm in Hunterdon.

That sucks and I know the feeling. Two months ago while going to work in the company Explorer a mini herd of deer were running parallel to the road I was on so I slowed down realizing they were going to have to cross in front of me. I got to a complete stop, 6 or 7 deer crossed two feet in front of me. Huge sigh of relief and then Bam! The last one in the line tried running through the drivers side door. When I got out to take the picture of the deer laying on it’s side, it got up and ran back in the woods. Called the company claims and one of the first questions asked was did I hit the deer or did the deer hit me? Not nearly the same as your 350 but I get it.

I can relate. I was rear-ended the day I purchased mine. It had 8 miles on the clock. Three months later, it's all fixed up. I feel your pain.

8 miles and you get rear ended. I think that is what you would call bad luck.

Oh, man, Sorry. My F250 has killed 6 deer (in 19 years). My Shelby has been OK but one morning a whitetail doe ran into the driver’s door of my C6 at full speed. Destroyed the mirror and all the interior parts. We sometimes have to wait on the driveway for the deer to get out of the way before we can pull through the gate.

Sorry about the damage man.

I have a buddy who has never hit a deer but they have run into him while he was completely stopped twice lol.

Sorry to see this man. You’ll get it fixed but still sucks to have your new car joy spoiled.

This is why I'm getting away from motorcycles. This is also why my f150 has a brush guard, or "Bambi bumper". Deer are brainless kimakazis.

I had an elk total a car of mine once. I was driving outside of Taos, New Mexico, and it ran out in front of me with zero time to even hit the brakes.... Needless to say I hit it head on and it flew up and then landed on the roof. Cars was only a year old and there was no way it could be fixed...

Less than a mile from my house a deer crossed the road and I slowed down. Then her sister ran into my car. Did I mention I've only had it two weeks?

Sorry to see that, are you getting a new skin on your door or are they gonna put a new shell on it, also I assume they are gonna put a Qtr panel on it? I am a collision tech and I hope you can find a quality shop that will repair it properly. I have seen a lot of shitty repair work over the years. Keep me posted and make sure they put spray wax inside the quarter at the weld joints alone with some epoxy to help with corrosion if a new quarter gets put on. Let me know if you have any questions on this type of work.

Thanks for the info!
Fortunately the shop I use I have been using for 30 years and everyone says he is the best around. The latest update is that the entire door is being replaced, not just the skin. A whole new quarter is being installed. When I spoke to him, he was't quite sure yet where the seam would be. Probably over the door somewhere to help blend.
He is a long-time friend and knows what I want out of him on this repair. I will check on the welds with him to make sure he's doing it properly.
Thanks!!!!
