Anybody know or seen AED getting their hands on a 2015 5.0 yet? Curious to see how their tunes do for this motor. I haven't been able to find anything.

I think I recall reading on another forum that they won't have anything until next year. Could be wrong. I had an AED tune on my 11GT, it was the best I had of the 3 companies I tried on that car.

Did you get them to dyno tune or e-tune it?

I got ya. I'm coming from the subaru world, where I made 3rd/4th gear passes and sent logs to my tuner for revision...not on a dyno. They are local, so I will probably just head up there to get it done. I'd like to see their tunes vs bama/etc for the 15 and see if it's worth the extra $400+.

You can remote dyno-tune as well. Run your car on a dyno while datalogging and send the file to your tuner to customize.
You'd probably be paying twice as much $. Having one guy run your car on the dyno + dyno time, and having AED actually tune the car.

Is it worth it for a custom tune with only an intake and catback, or should I just stick with a bama tune for a while? I want to make power and have a good tune, but I also need it safe for the shitty 91 gas we get here.

Our lund custom tunes are only $200, and include datalogging to review the tune

a "remote" session, meaning a session where your scheduled on the dyno for so many hours is $450, but is really only needed for power adder cars.

with the built in wide bands, we can get all the info we need on the street

I dont believe Shaun is doing tunes for them publicly yet. Lund is excellent though.

I just emailed him today. He said after the holidays. The ease of injector swap on this car is making me think real hard about going e85....

So we start with an ots tune. And then for an additional $200 bucks I do some 3rd (?) gear runs to redline while data logging. Send you the logs, you adjust the tune, send me tune, rinse and repeat until nailed down?
