Sexy looking piece to right there! I’m curious as to whether the wiring harness plugs into the connector much easier then the previous cast aluminum versions, as those were a tight fit?
For mine anyway, plug and play. With the EB blower, there is an extension though so it does offer more length.

Yea, sexy is the right word... popped the hood to take pics and was still amazed at how sweet a piece it is!

This specific sample being tested won't fit the GT350 without Adapters. But this is only a test run, the actual production parts will look more like the picture below. It will have slotted holes with the outermost position corresponding to the GT350 hole pattern.

We'll also customize the outlet upon order at no extra cost to match anything between 80-90mm. I.e someone with a stock GT350 manifold can order an 87mm custom outlet.

It will be a tough competitor at ~$450.

Mike,
Will the production unit be made with a shaftless high pressure side design ?

No, but we could. If you need more flow area than what a 90mm straight bore will provide, we'll also bring a 95mm for that purpose.

Is there anyone in the Mustang world porting the GT350 manifolds?

It would be really nice to have a GT350 manifold ported to 95mm and then use our 95mm Ford TB (coming soon) along with a 4" CAI.

I don’t have the stomach to port out the sealing gland or else I’d be your Huckleberry.

I think the Gen3 engine with a GT350/Bullitt/Mach1 manifold ported to 95mm will be the better combination than a Gen2 engine but who knows these things do move a bunch of CFM’s

That TB sure is a beauty! Just waiting patiently for the 18+ so I can throw some boost at it!

How would you seal the TB if the sealing ring is cut away?

I may be interested in trying this.

Is a retune required with a ported GT350/Bullitt intake manifold + Soler ported 91MM TB?

Hi, Adrian. How is going? This question is for the ported 87mm to 91mm GT350 TB; right? According to the tests and the parts sold so far, they run well with the tune for the 87mm they were made from.

For the custom 90MM TB in this thread, we still need more test results. So far it seems like it will run with the 80MM tune, but still need to run more tests on different setups.

I can vouch... the 90mm runs very well with 80mm tune!

Hey there Mike. All is well. Yes, I was referring to ported 87 to 91MM GT350 TB. What type of test results are you needing for the custom 90MM? Do you have any idea when that testing may be completed? I’m really curious as to how much of an improvement it may be over the ported 87 to 91MM TB.

Is the electrical connector on the TB a factory fit (not too tight as compared to the earlier Soler connector). Thanks

Sorry... yea, mine fit just like factory. Couldn’t tell a difference from unplugging one and plugging in the new one.
