I will just have to swap the heads on my current engine .
Already have the parts to build the stock block(H Tuff rods and waiting on the Mahle pistons ) but still considering that stroker .

He is rebuilding my spare voodoo engine next so I have a “spare “ for each car .

Don’t even know if the one in my 18 is hurt yet but I did not want to know until I had the spare ...so will get a compression test done soon .

If it’s not hurt may be I will keep sending it or may just pull it so I can rebuild while I can still reuse the crank and block .

I see a few people have mentioned the Mahle/Voodoo piston setup. Does anybody know what wrist pin the kit comes with??? Looked around and didn't see any information on them...

I used those pistons in my build below .

I know my builds get confusing. Lol

This a cross plane build for my 18 GT using voodoo pistons/Manley rods and the 19 up voodoo block .
I also have the same cross plane combo in a long block that has a pre 19 voodoo block.
The OEM voodoo pistons are made by Mahle.

The motor that is now in my GT 350 has a sleeved pre 19 voodoo block built with diamond pistons and I am building up another Gen I voodoo engine, swapping just the rods, as a spare.

I know the 19 up and predator blocks are stronger than the pre 19 voodoo blocks but I have not heard of anyone cracking the earlier blocks even boosted .
I ended up sleeving the one in my GT 350 now because the cylinder lining was damaged due to a couple bent of rods .

Note the block difference from the 19 up build above
Only 2 bosses for knock sensors /lacks the extra bracing in the valley but is a lighter block .

I used a boss crank and not the ford racing 5.2 crank in the cross plane builds .
Compression is down .2 and displacement down about 2cc’s compared to the Alluminator 5.2 XS that uses the 5.2 crank
