Numbers themselves, sure, but unless you're way down, on power, at your upper end then your numbers suggest you may be making a lot of torque.

I do think there is some concern that you are on the low side, especially at the top end/peak power. Your torque peak seems close enough to right for stock + E85 only. If it were me, I would get a tool to be able to log on the street. You can make a pretty good evaluation of how your car is doing from the MAF reading when also double checking fuel trims. I can explain further here are feel free to PM me. Also, to be sure, is this with stock rear wheels/tires? If you have heavier than stock setup, you could be eating up some power that way.

I also wonder if the dyno people have anything to do with it. They had to adjust straps 3-4 times something with tires.

The peak HP does seem to be low, You'd need to look at the log and see what going on, looks like one of those runs was pulling time.

My 2018 Gen3 made 422rwhp/395rwtq on with PBD 93 octane tune. It trapped 118 on the 1/4.

I installed LT's and 3" Outlaw cat back and a PBD E85 tune it was seeing -32 degrees timing and made 465rwhp/435rwtq on a Dyno Jet.

An M6 Gen3 made 490 on the same dyno on E85.

My 2018 trapped 122 on the 1/4. 97 on the 1/8, I was using a SCT tuner and Travis sed that was about the best it would do with the SCT.

Other local guys using Lunds E85R NGauge tunes were trapping 125+ ...

These numbers are irrelevant without knowing what your car would have made on this same dyno on the same day on 93 octane.
Don’t get hung up on anyone telling you the numbers are low. Take it to the track and see how it does compared to cars running 93.
